JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to again allow him to examine by the Medical Board.

The facts in brief are that the petitioner was found fit in written examination. Petitioner was called to examine by the Medical Board. The Medical Board found that the petitioner is suffering from knock-knee and Medical Board found that the petitioner is not fit for appointment to the post of constable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was examined by the doctor of N.M.C.H and the doctor of N.M.C.H. gave him a certificate of his fitness. It appears that the petitioner has filed his representation before the

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that once the Medical Board found the petitioner disabled, his case cannot be reconsidered.

Having considered the submissions of the parties, I find not merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed However D.I.G. Central Zone, Patna may consider the representation of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law.
