The only grievance of the petitioner is that instead of grade pay of Rs. 4,800/-, he has been granted the grade pay of Rs. 4,600/- under the M.A.C.P. Rules of 2010. The representations preferred by the petitioner before the District Agriculture Officer and the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in that regard have gone unheeded.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.16739 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 is issued to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to dispose off the representation filed by him by a reasoned order.

For the convenience of the respondent also, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh suitable representation in that regard before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra (Respondent No. 2) within a period of two weeks, who shall, after verifying the records, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
