2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhari P. S. Case No. 297 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the daughter of informant by hanging her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased who committed suicide. Charges have already been framed and there is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.04.2025.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P. S. Case No. 297 of 2024.
