1. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(5) of the BNS and Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act.
2. Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Madhura Nand Jha, learned APP for the State perused the FIR and trial court's order.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that in the FIR there is no details of the date and time relating to the search and seizure of the alleged contraband from the possession of the petitioner and on the seizure list there is no signature of the petitioner and the said plea has not been refuted by the learned APP and also taking note of the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and completion of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57962 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 investigation against him and petitioner's defence that the motorcycle from which the alleged contraband was recovered does not belong to him, in my opinion it is a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025.
