Though the writ application was filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to get the encroachment removed from public land appertaining to Khata 927, Plot No. 590 (old) 474 (new), situated in Mauza - Kansi Khata, District - Darbhanga but it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that in pursuance to the final order dated 15.10.2017 passed in Encroachment Case No. 21 of 2015-16, the encroachment has been removed on 11.4.2018 from the land in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this application in view of the fact that he concedes that

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of. The personal appearance of Circle Officer, Darbhanga Sadar is dispensed with.
