Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.6233 of 2019 arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No.244 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 15 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
