2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Neeraj Thakur, two years prior to lodging of the FIR. It is alleged that the co-accused Neeraj Thakur demanded dowry of Rs. 10,000/-. Further allegation is that the accused persons named in the FIR used to assault her. The deceased committed suicide and she died in PMCH.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59105 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 specific allegation of demand of dowry is not on the petitioners rather it is only against the husband of the deceased. He has submitted further the deceased has committed suicide by hanging herself. The petitioners are under custody since 22.05.2024 and they are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. From perusal of FIR, it appears that the allegation of demand of dowry is not against the petitioner. It is only against the husband of the deceased. The petitioners have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/A.D.J.-XI, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
