The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 314 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied section s of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that on the order of petitioner accused persons caught him and poured acid on his body. Accused persons also snatched different articles. It is submitted that co-accused Rajesh Soni and Pintu Soni have already been granted regular bail. Considering the nature of allegation I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioner if so advised may surrender in the court below and seek regular bail and the court below shall consider the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail taking into consideration that similarly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49116 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 situated co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail.
