Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same after solemnization of the marriage in the year 2009.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- per month in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24255 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner is the husband and named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and submission it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favor of the complainant and the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Patnacity in connection with Complaint Case No. 1458( C ) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
