Informant, a police official recorded his self statement to the effect that during course of patrolling he got a confidential information that Rani Jha has hired a renowned criminal Dhananjay Issar for committing murder of Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat, Karihara whereupon led ambush and during course thereof, has seized one vehicle having been parked and then, three persons got down therefrom having been armed with carbine as well as pistols. Seeing them, police attempted to apprehend and during course thereof, others managed to escape while Kanhaiya Kumar was apprehended being armed with carbine along with 15 live cartridges.

On query, he has disclosed the names of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59606 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 associates including that of petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, Prashant Kumar Shandilya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dalsing Sarai, Samatipur in Ujiarpur PS Case No. 32/2017.
