Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and it is only alleged in the written report that he was also present along with other accused when informant along with his wife had gone to deliver Rs. 70,000/- to co-accused, Md. Sattar. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
