2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnor/opposite parties for deliberately violating the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10206 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the State further submits that a show causing on behalf of the Circle Officer has been filed and

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law against the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Jamabandi Correction Case No. 02 of 2025-2026 passed by the Circle Officer, Patliputra Anchal, Patna.

5. The contempt application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
