Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mumtaz and Md. Shamim who were identified by the informant in TI Parade and some looted cash was recovered from the house of co-accused Md. Shamim. Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.9.2015 but up till now, he has not been put on TI Parade.

So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that when the petitioner was made accused in the present case, he was remanded in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 116/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1887 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 115/2015.
