The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 17.28 liters of English wine from the motorcycle of the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody since 15.05.2019. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in the said two cases. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
