Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.96 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner with a piece of brick assaulted over the head of the informant and bite on his left arm by his teeth.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between both sides, the injury was found simple in nature on the person of the informant, the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2017 and has clean antecedent.

No.61132 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Anjeet Mandal @ Anit Kumar Mandal, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-X-cum-A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.96 of 2017.
