JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 In view of the statement made in paragraph 12 of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.1, 2 and 3 stating therein that the petitioner has neither submitted the surety bond nor proof of ownership and registration of the vehicle and undertaking as per the direction of this Court, this contempt proceeding is not fit to be proceeded. In the petition seeking initiation of contempt, the petitioner has not made any statement as to when did he try to submit the surety bond and other conditions which are to be complied with on the due date. At this stage, the statement is being made on behalf of the petitioner that the surety bond was not accepted by the opposite party. No such pleadings is

Patna High Court MJC No.1483 of 2018(3) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 available in the petition. This Court is therefore, not willing to attract with such oral submission without any basis. The petitioner is obliged to comply with the directions and after fulfilling his part of the obligations as per order of this Court and if there is any violation of Court's order, he will be at liberty to come to this Court.
