Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of the informant's husband who subsequently died in course of his treatment.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case no. 71/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 2324/2014 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa stands rejected.
