The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the house of Baiju Paswan and Baiju Paswan disclosed that petitioner and others were the business partners. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52103 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.184 of 2018, with following conditions:
