Patna High Court LPA No.263 of 2016 dt.06-03-2017 2/2 are to be completed by 30th of September of each year. The appellant cannot be admitted to the medical course now as he was a candidate for competitive test held in the year 2014-15. Consequently, we do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench which may warrant interference in the present Letters Patent Appeal. The same is dismissed.
