The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co-accused Amit Kumar fired on the informant but he did not receive any injury, thereafter, this petitioner fired causing injury on the waist of the informant. The motive of firing is that petitioner took Rs.6000/- from the informant four years prior to the occurrence and on demand he used to avoid the payment.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant was examined in a private nursing home namely, Kalpana Nursing Home.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22549 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
