JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.252 of 2017, a case under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot when he along with others was committing robbery. A bag said to be robbed was found in possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete now. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or three months from today whichever

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62286 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ is earlier, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
