JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.10.2017, seeks bail in Narhat PS Case No. 192 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's son-in-law and his parents used to make demand of dowry and in that connection killed his daughter and also the grand-daughter but the grand-son survived.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the deceased survived as the deceased committed suicide by taking poison and also giving poison to her children, the statement of the son is recorded in para 57 of the case diary and specific allegation is against the husband, however the petitioner's wife was granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court earlier and the husband is in custody.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ram Ishwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nawada in connection with Narhat PS Case No. 192 of 2016.
