The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the sister of the informant namely Chhaya Kumari got married in the year 2009 with coaccused Kamal Bharti @ Rudal Singh. On 28.03.2015 co-accused Kamal Bharti @ Rudal Singh informed on mobile of his younger brother Suman Kumar that Chhaya Kumari was ill. Then the informant along with his brother Suman Kumar visited in-laws home of Chhaya Kumari and found that their sister Chhaya Kumari was dead and her dead body was being carried by the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners towards river. The informant returned back home and informed the matter to his family members. Thereafter the father of the deceased went there and gave

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in- law of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is Gotani of the deceased. . It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. It has further been submitted that so far the petitioners are concerned they are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners are named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in Chautham P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
