The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2016, registered for offences alleged under Sections 341, 307, 394 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the vital part of the body which has caused grievous injury. From the impugned order it appears that the doctor while managing the post-operation found that the victim had developed altered behaviour and therefore he was transferred to PMCH for further treatment.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.246 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge (Children Court), Darbhanga is reejcted. The application is dismissed.
