ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019 in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2019, S.T. Excise No.426 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
