2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that no one has kidnapped her, rather she went with this petitioner out of her own sweat will and solemnized marriage with him and both are living as husband & wife. Victim is major. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of

No.61502 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S.
