The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the occurrence case and counter cases were lodged. Moreover, it has been stated that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and being a lady the petitioner deserves to be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. Besides hearing, I have also perused the materials available on record.

Case No. 162 of 2014 subject to condition contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
