JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is progress in the pending acquisition proceedings, opposite parties would be liable for contempt of order dated 14.2.2012. This Court on going through order dated 14.2.2012 finds that there is no interim direction in the writ proceedings restraining further progress in the pending acquisition proceedings as it has been observed that "till further order, status quo with respect to land in dispute shall be maintained as exists today". It is not petitioner's case that status of the land is being/has been disturbed.

No case for contempt is made out. The contempt petition is dismissed.
