====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered under sections 341, 323, 326, 307 of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per the first information report is that the petitioner in drunken condition threw bathroom acid upon the sister-in-law of the informant and the informant causing them injuries.

Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged. Learned counsel further submits that the statement of the informant as well as the victim sisterin-law has been recorded by the court below during the course of trial and in their statement informant as well as the victim

Learned counsel referring to para 8 of this petition submits that injury caused to the victim has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2017.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2017 and the doctor has found the injury as simple in nature, therefore, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Anjula/- U
