JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, Informant and the State.

The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 354C, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the informant submits that on false pretext of marriage, the petitioner has tried to establish relationship with the informant. Furthermore, the petitioner spoiled other marriage proposal that came her way. It is further submitted on behalf of the informant that the petitioner has fraudulently taken a good amount from her widow mother on the pretext of marriage.

Counsel for the petitioner denies the allegation and submits that he is in custody since 15.10.2014.

No.47477 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjit Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 with the following condition:

The petitioner would report to the concerned Mahila Police Station once every two months and would file an affidavit to the aforesaid effect before the trial court. The petitioner would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at stretch till two witnesses are examined.
