JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. By filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved the differences and opposite party no.2 is now living happily with petitioner at her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the aforesaid submission.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67098 of 2021(4) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 1675 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
