2. The petitioners seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204/16 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file regular bail before the learned District Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
