JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents-opposite parties. Learned counsel representing the petitioner would submit that in terms of the direction issued by this Court the petitioner has been reinstated but consequential benefit has not been extended to the petitioner.

Considering the totality of the fact situation, the Court disposes of the present application with the direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram

Patna High Court MJC No.1193 of 2018(7) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 to ensure payment of consequential benefits to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram and all officers involved in the instant case including the Block Development Officer, Kochas and Panchayat Secretary of the employment unit shall not draw salary till compliance of the direction as to payment of consequential benefits.

With the aforesaid, this MJC application stands disposed of.
