JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bikramganj PS Case No. 150 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the IPC. The allegation is that some unknown miscreants looted chicken and other articles from the Poultry Farm of the informant. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement of the petitioner and his talk on mobile with Saroj Yadav, there is no other material against him. Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession nor he was put on TIP. The petitioner has clean antecedent, the police has also submitted charge-sheet and he has been in custody since 10.9.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jahangir Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj PS Case No. 150 of 2017.
