JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. The victim, in her statement, stated that she was detained by the petitioner in his shop and after that the petitioner pressurized her to go along with one Kapi Das, who happens to be brother of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2302 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015.
