That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for regularization on the post of driver who is working as driver since 02.07.2012 under the concerned respondent authorities on temporary basis and further for direction to make payment of honorarium/ Mandeya to the petitioner, which is due before the concerned respondent authority and to grant any other consequential benefits to the petitioner for which he may find entitled in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
