JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04/ 11.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.6.2018 but due to typing error, name of petitioner no.3, namely, Arti Kumari has been left to be typed in title cause of order dated 21.6.2018. Perused the record. I find that petitioner no.3, namely, Arti Kumari along with two others had prayed for anticipatory bail and vide order dated 21.6.2018, petitioner no.3 along with two others was allowed to enjoy the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30143 of 2018 (4) dt.11-07-2018 privilege of anticipatory bail but due to typing error her name could not be typed in cause title of order dated 21.6.2018.
Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of petitioner no.3, namely, Arti Kumari be read in title cause of order dated 21.6.2018 and hence, petitioner no.3, namely, Arti Kumari is permitted to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case no. 57/2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court.
Accordingly, the order dated 21.6.2018 stands modified to the above stated extent.
