Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statements made in paragraphs no. 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, filed by Bihar School Examination Board, she seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach this Court, if grievance of the petitioner subsists.
