Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kiul (Barahiya) Rail P.S. Case No.54 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 353, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 125, 145, 146, 147, 174(a) of the Railway Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The petitioners were members of the mob.

Having considered the above facts and the submissions advanced by the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
