JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is a lady and specific allegation of opening fire is against other accused and so far as petitioner is concerned, there is general allegation against her that she along with others attacked with bricks on the deceased.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.1, Danapur, District-Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.368 of 2015.
