The petitioners of Cr. Misc. Nos. 45758 of 2014 and petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 40562 of 2014 are languishing in custody since 03.09.2014 and 26.08.2014 respectively in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40562 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 2 / 2 It is alleged that the firing made by Krishna Kumar Jha @ Dhutus Jha caused injury on the chest of the brother of the informant Sonu Kumar. Though the petitioners were also identified by the informant on the spot.

Considering the fact that specific accusation of firing is against Krishna Kumar Jha and the statements have been made in paragraph no. 3 of both the petitions that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
