JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 24.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That the petitioner is husband of the informant and the petitioner is always ready to keep his wife (informant) but she has not ready to live with the petitioner."
It further is submitted that the investigation has already

However, it is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner has performed second marriage. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015.
