The petitioners are languishing in jail since 16.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 307, 341, 323 and 34 of the IPC. Subsequently section 304B of the IPC was also added on the death of the victim. The prosecution case was lodged on the fard bayan of the victim where she stated that on the order of in-laws his husband, Bipat Rai, poured kerosene oil and then petitioner No.2, Sona Devi lit the fire causing burn injuries to the victim, who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the trial of the husband of the victim the witnesses have stated that the victim received accidental burn injuries while

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3943 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 cooking food. The husband of the victim has already been acquitted in S. T. No. 416 of 2014 and investigation against the petitioners has already been concluded.

Considering the fact that after trial husband of the victim has been acquitted and investigation against the petitioners has already been concluded, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
