2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits at the Bar that the identical issue has come up for consideration in C.W.J.C.11252 of 2025 which came to be disposed off with other analogous cases vide order dated 30.08.2025.
3. Learned Advocate for the State is present.
4. Considering the facts afore-noted that the issue has already been considered and the matter has been disposed off, both these matters also be disposed off in terms of the order dated 30.08.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11252 of 2025 and other analogous cases.
