2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Men (Main) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 447, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that they assaulted the informant's family members by means of lathi-danda and iron rod due to family dispute as a result of which, the informant's side got several injuries on vital parts of the body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Men (Main) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022.
