The Registrar General is directed to institute an appropriate case against the deponent of the present bail application, namely, Chandani Kumari, because she has stated on oath that the petitioner has clean antecedent, which is a deliberate falsehood for the reason that not only in the order of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda, the factum of criminal history of the petitioner has emerged, but the above fact has also corroborated from paragraph 40 of the case-diary of the present case, which is Manpur P. S. Case No. 42 of 2012.

In view of the above a deliberate false

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47743 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 statement has been made in the bail application by the deponent to derive undue advantage in the case. This Order will be communicated to the Registrar General for taking action against the deponent. Now, looking at the nature of allegation that the petitioner is the main assailant, who caused the death of the deceased by firing, prayer for bail of the present petitioner in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 42 of 2012, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif, is hereby rejected (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.) SKM/- U T
