The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 of the POCSO) Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having teased the daughter of the informant while he was returning along with other persons in a bolero car, after attending marriage ceremony.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of village politics inasmuch as apart from the petitioner there were three other persons sitting in the car and it was not

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 18.05.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. Ist cum Special Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019.
