Since the present application was the second attempt of the petitioner for bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013, as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 18.07.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 9493 of 2014 with a direction to the Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months, a report was called from the Court below by order dated 30.03.2016. Pursuant to the same, a report has been submitted by the District and Sessions Judge, Jamui under Letter No. 29 dated 06.04.2016, stating that the case has already been disposed off on 21st March, 2016.
