JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 04.02.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 43685 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2014 and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded as the case is pending for the prosecution evidence, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 838 of 2014 arising out of Rajeev Nagar P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5559 of 2016 (5) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Case No. 100 of 2011 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within nine months after taking all the positive steps for securing the attendance of the prosecution witnesses.
