The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.424 of 2017 arising out of Thakurganj P.S. Case No.97 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 7.5 litres of liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is in custody since 16.10.2017 and he has got a clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
